We are excited to announce the release of two new advanced materials,
PA66 EP626F NC and
PA66 B01A310HS2. These cutting-edge materials have been developed by Topo New Material to meet the growing demand for high-performance nylon cable ties.
PA66 EP626F NC is a new PA66 material with outstanding physical and mechanical properties, boasting a density of 1.44 g/cm3, a melt flow rate of 95.5g/10min, and a relative viscosity of 2.62±0.03. It has an impressive tensile strength of 75.1 MPa and an elongation at break of 51%, according to ISO 527 testing standards. Additionally, it exhibits excellent flexural modulus and flexural strength of 2698 MPa and 97 MPa, respectively. It also demonstrates promising thermal properties, with a heat deflection temperature of 64.5℃ at 1.80 MPa, and UL94 V-2 flammability rating.
The second material,
PA66 B01A310HS2, is a high-performance PA66 material with a density of 1.1 g/cm3. According to ISO 527 testing standards, this material has a tensile strength of 57 MPa and an elongation at break of 35%. Alongside an impressive flexural strength of 84 MPa, under mechanically prepared notch conditions, it also has a notched Charpy impact strength of 15 kJ/m2, as per ISO 178 and ISO 179/1eA standards, respectively. It has a high heat deflection temperature of 55℃ at 1.80 MPa and excellent flame retardancy, with a burning rate of 37 mm/min, complying with TL1010 standards.
These two new PA66 materials provide exceptional physical, mechanical, thermal, and flame retardant properties, making them ideal for manufacturing high-strength nylon cable ties.
